Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

Any customer who is not satisfied with the products ordered on the website has the possibility, under certain conditions, to exercise their right of withdrawal for this order within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product(s).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify KUPKO in writing of their decision to withdraw by completing the form in the Contact section.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product(s) to KUPKO’s address no later than 14 days after having communicated their decision to withdraw.

The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The customer bears the direct costs of the return.

In the case of a valid withdrawal, KUPKO will reimburse the customer for all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising if the customer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered on the website), no later than 14 days from the day KUPKO was informed of the decision to withdraw.

KUPKO reserves the right to delay the refund until the product has been received or until the customer has provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

KUPKO will process the refund using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.

Refund Terms

The refund following the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the goods in our warehouse.
The customer may also request an exchange of the product.
