CREATION PROCESS
Design
The creative process we undertake begins with a crucial phase of artistic conception, essential to the development of the original work.
This first stage, dedicated to sketches or preparatory works, is based on traditional techniques.
We start with pencil drawing to quickly capture shapes and ideas.
Then we use watercolor paint to add softness and fluidity, enriching the sketches with subtle nuances.
Finally, we use digital tools to refine our creations, combining traditional craftsmanship with technological innovation.
Realization
Our know-how in 5 steps:
1. Pigment Preparation : High quality pigments are prepared to ensure optimum adhesion and vivid colors.
2. Precise Application : Pigments are precisely applied using specialized equipment (graphic arts pigment plotters) for uniform transfer to the canvas, ensuring faithful detail.
3. Stretching : The canvas is carefully stretched and fixed on a stretcher to ensure its stability and final appearance. Finally, the work is meticulously finished and ready for presentation.
4. Finishing: Each collection receives a special treatment to give it the expected texture, sometimes offering a powdered effect for a magnificent reflection of light, and other times a relief or cracked appearance. After this step, the work is varnished.
5. Framing: We assemble and frame our paintings with care, using only top quality raw wood.
Technical Virtues
Color and Detail Fidelity
Our paintings reveal subtle nuances and exceptionally deep colors. The precision of execution enhances every element with remarkable clarity.
Durability
Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, our artworks boast exceptional longevity, retaining their brilliance and integrity over time.
Expanding Creative Possibilities
Giclée printing allows us to go beyond traditional techniques, such as exclusive brush application. It opens up a broader field of artistic expression, enabling us to explore textures, effects, and nuances that would be difficult, if not impossible, to achieve with conventional methods. This expansion of creative possibilities represents a significant advantage, offering unprecedented freedom in artistic expression.
Ecological Commitment
We respect the environment by using sustainable materials and eco-responsible methods. All our materials are sourced from France and the Benelux, supporting local and ethical practices. We create artworks that combine exceptional quality with deep respect for the planet, integrating aesthetics and environmental responsibility.
