Refund Policies

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Any customer who is not satisfied with the products ordered on the website has the option, under certain conditions, of exercising their right of withdrawal for this order within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product(s). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw in writing to KUPKO by filling out the form in the contact section.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product(s) to KUPKO's address no later than 14 days after the customer has communicated their decision to withdraw.

The product must be returned complete, intact, and in its original packaging. KUPKO will send the customer a return slip.

KUPKO will reimburse the customer for all sums paid, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day KUPKO was informed of the decision to withdraw. KUPKO reserves the right to defer reimbursement until the product has been recovered or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product.

KUPKO will process the refund using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction.

 

REFUND POLICY

Refunds following the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise in our warehouses. The customer can also request an exchange of the product.
