RIGHT TO RETRACT

Any customer who is not satisfied with the products ordered on the website has the possibility, under certain conditions, to exercise their right of withdrawal for this order within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product(s). (s). To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify his decision to withdraw in writing to KUPKO by completing the form in the contact section.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the customer must return the product(s) to the KUPKO address no later than 14 days after the customer has communicated their decision to withdraw.

The product must be returned, complete, intact and in its original packaging. KUPKO will send the customer a return slip.

KUPKO will reimburse the customer for all amounts paid, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day KUPKO was informed of the withdrawal decision. KUPKO reserves the right to defer reimbursement until recovery of the product or until the customer has provided proof of shipment of the product.

KUPKO makes the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used for the initial transaction.

REIMBURSEMENT MODALITY

The refund following the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be made within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the goods in our warehouses. The customer can also request an exchange of the product.
